papercuts

last week i went to sauen (a little village near berlin) to work on some papercuts together with my illustration class. during the 3 days of vacation we had 3 tasks to complete: 

 papercuts regarding to the theme "monsters in the forrest"

papercuts regarding to Henry David Thoreau´s book "On the Duty of Civil Disobedience".

i used the folding technique to get a symetric papercut.

cut&paste review

cut&paste was a great event. i really had a good time and met really cool people.

congrats to acci baba who created the winning design.

little reminder: i had 15 minutes to create a shirt design under the theme "facebook is watching you".
